About the Tournament

The Hucksgiving Showdown is a single-day straight to bracket high school team-based ultimate tournament at the Parade Grounds in Brooklyn, NY. This competitive tournament brings together the best youth ultimate teams from the region for an exciting day of high-level play.

With separate boys and girls divisions, all teams are guaranteed 3 games regardless of outcome, ensuring maximum playing time and competitive experience. Limited to 8 teams per division, registration is on a first-come, first-served rolling admission basis.

Tournament Format

  • • Single-day straight to bracket: Competitive bracket play from the start
  • • 3 games guaranteed: All teams play at least 3 games, win or lose
  • • Capacity: Up to 8 teams per division
  • • Schedule: First round starts at 9am, final round ends by 4pm (exact schedule TBD)

Team Requirements

  • • Level: High school teams
  • • USA Ultimate Roster: Required (submitted under event "Hucksgiving Showdown")
  • • Membership: USA Ultimate affiliate or full youth membership required for each player
  • • Chaperone: Required for all youth teams
  • • Roster Deadline: Final roster due 7 days in advance of the event (November 15, 2025)

This event operates on rolling admission. Teams that complete all three steps will be confirmed. Since each division caps at 8 teams, please complete registration as soon as possible!
